Dale Automation manufactures many different types of conveyors for transporting pans, lids, baskets, raw and finished products. Many different belt mediums are available including Dale’s own modular Blue Belt range in either acetyl or polypropylene. Belt is available in ½” , 1” or 1½” pitch together with a full range of sprockets, collars and wear strips. Stainless Steel or Carbon Steel slat bands are used where necessary in high temperature applications. CC600 belting is generally used for basket conveyors. Rubber grip faced belts are used where indexing or precise positioning is required.
Conveyor body manufacture is generally from 304 Stainless Steel and is either of open or closed construction to suit application. Stainless Steel legs terminate in articulated adjustable feet or roof hangers are used for high level conveyors when floor space is required to be kept open.
Pneumatic cylinders are used where pop-up transfers and side switch conveyors are required. Electrical components, such as motor isolators, photocells or proximity switches are fitted directly to the conveyor body by means of custom made brackets that also form part of the guarding which protects the device from accidental bumps and knocks.
